This blog is going to be used to share all my future mission projects that I will be doing.
For the past few years I have sensed God's leading me to be more involved with mission work. I have been praying that God would open the door for me to be able to be apart of something. Well, in July of 2012 I had the opportunity to go to Haiti with Hillcrest Baptist Church of Enterprise, AL. I absolutely loved it and can't wait to go back one day!!
From that trip I really felt like God was calling me to be more involved that just an occasional trip somewhere. So, I am happy to say that I have been approved by the International Missions Board to be apart of their "Hands On" program for college aged students. I am so excited and can't wait to see how God uses me, changes me, and makes me more like HIM!!
I am currently waiting to find out my specific assignment. I know I will be going in January sometime but do not know for sure where yet or what exact dates. I will definitely post when I find out. Until then I may post some different things God has taught me through this whole experience.:)
